Bone Damascus Steel 8” Knife

With an authentic Argentine design, each knife features 67 layers composed of a VG10 steel core and 33 layers on each side of SS316 stainless steel, forming a delicate Damascus pattern with a hardness of 60 +/- 1 HRC.

Each blade in the Damascus collection is hand sharpened by a traditional process achieving a 15 degree edge.

The Bone Damascus Steel Knife is characterized by its beauty, creates a comfortable grip and guarantees a tireless cut, even with frequent use. The handle features delicate workmanship for every detail by Argentine craftsmen.

It can be washed by hand, we do not recommend washing it in the dishwasher.
